Ferroli Time Clock Instructions

A friend of mine installed a Ferroli boiler at a property he owns and was tearing his hair out, trying to find the Ferroli time clock instructions.

The sales pitch was good: 5 year guarantee, good price, that kind of thing.

What was missed though was that the built-in time clock wasn’t mentioned in the manual. Or even as an afterthought leaflet with the boiler. No instructions, just guesswork…

Setting the Ferroli time clock…

No problem – a quick search on the internet was bound to turn something up we thought.

Hmmm, think again.

Just lots of people with the same problem.

So, after nearly 30 minutes on hold to Ferroli’s premium rate 0871 phone number (fortunately translated by SayNoTo0870 to 01283 714800) he finally got through to technical support.

“Can I download the instructions from your website?” my friend asked?

“No” came the reply.

“But we can email them to you”.

    I had another copy from my installer, but did not have the detail this version gives, espcecially around the Mode button and the graphic this version has.
    I think I may have solved my problem. Here’s hoping.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to make these instructions easily accessible to every one – what a disgrace that Ferroli can’t be bothered to do the same for customers in the first place. Hopefully this means that my 80 year old Dad will no longer have to trek up and down the stairs every time he feels chilly!

    THank you so much. Just had the boiler installer round and he couldnt work out the timer programming – yes really ! Told me to download the instructions and left.
    Just come off the phone and was dumbfounded by the fact that this instruction manual is not available to download and that you cant get technical help unless you are an engineer.
