   Thank you so much…I’ve spent ages pushing all the buttons trying to work out what it was doing – even the plumber didn’t know! Ferroli need to sort this out!

    Thanks so much for this. Moved into a flat with no manual and have been going crazy trying to set the timer! Found a manual online that doesn’t include this which makes no sense, so thanks for saving my sanity.

    Thanks, I’ve spent many hours trying to work out how the clock works….and I thought I was ok with stuff like this. If I had had hair I would have pulled it out by now anyway.

    Thanks very much had the same problem with ferroli on the phone had my boiler over two months winter setting in now i can wake up to a warm house thanks a million.

    Brilliant! The heating had stopped working at my handicapped brother-in-laws flat – and just couldn’t work out what was happening. The manual was useless – and had nothing about the timer. Really appreciate you posting this and letting us get things back up and running. Big thanks. O

    had a f28 installed last year 2 year warranty only applicable if you have the boiler serviced after 12 months otherwise no repair but they will send a service engineer out at £130 call out/hour plus vat plus parts and you cannot get the programmer instructions from ferroli manual.Thanks for instructions and assistance that ferroli would provide but at a price.

    Thank you thank you thank you. Just had a ferroli boiler fitted, and the instructions well might as well have been in Italian! and of course we could not find the programmer information either so fantastic that you have done the job for me. Best wishes 🙂

    Having spent hours trying to work out how to set the timer, I found your web link and downloaded the instruction manual. The clock was set within 10mins (amazing, I only wish i’d found it sooner. Thank You, you have saved me from having more cold mornings.

    what a top bloke – after trying everywhere to find this document this god of a man has the sense ferroli employees dont have along with no manners , total non after sales service etc etc etc !!!! thanks again .

    Many thanks for this. We have the (brief) instruction leaflet which came with the boiler and the manual but still found the directions totally mindbending to follow! Your leaflet will help us get to grips properly with this confusing timer control.

    I have just bought Ferroli i could not believe it when the fitter said that i would have to go on line to find out how to use the clock on the boiler, unbelievable thank heavens i found you. Thank you for saving me a load of grief and time and money

    the clock programme instruction never comes with new boiler when ordered however you saved me lot hassel and time plus money! many many thanks for such information provided on the web page
