   Thanks alot, a great help, plumber who fitted the boiler didn’t have a clue and as you said no clues in the manual. Just googled it and fortunately your instructions came up.

    Thank you for this info. Have finally managed to switch the heating element of my boiler off. The operating instructions that came with this boiler were of no use.

    I thank you with my heart & soul…I have been looking for an instruction manual for my Ferroli boiler since February 2012.I can’t understand why the Ferroli boiler I bought at my old address in 2005 came with a clock manual , but the one I got in 2012 did not.
    All my wonders have already been wondered by previous comments. I am now at peace !

    Thanks for taking the trouble to provide this. Unbelievable that the Ferroli boiler manual doesn’t provide the clock info, and the manual itself isn’t clear at all in any case. Doesn’t give an explanation of what “Eco” is all about for example. Fortunately my plumber translated.

    thanks for this saved me a lot of time would not recommend this boiler to my worst enemy first boiler broke down twice had it relaced because parts were not in this country and now the second brand new boiler has packed up product just like like instructions missing some quality

    Brilliant, thank you to the saint who put these up to ease the frustration of the rest of the human race. 114 comments already, most saying they can’t believe Ferroli don’t provide these as a matter of course. Should we point that out to Ferroli customer service – assuming they’ve heard of the concept of customer service.

    Am amazed at this company’s inability to note all these comments about it’s total lack of customer service;
    just moved into new house and not a clue about how to get the ‘thing’ going? Thanks for all these comments, does cheer one up to know it’s not me!!!! THANK YOU!! 🙂

    Life saver!!! I’ve just moved into a flat with a Ferroli boiler, no instructions and Ferroli’s website only does half the job. You saved me both from freezing and from really annoying the neighbours with my rage at Ferroli’s incompetency! I can’t believe they don’t have this readily available. I’m very glad there are people like you around! I also really hope Ferroli have seen this and pay you some sort of commission (and sort themselves out)!

    They are indeed a nightmare, I WOULD NOT recommend anyone buy this boiler, the controls are flimsy, there is NO instructions. Great you put this info online, however, why should you do this this company should not been supported. My son has this boiler and works when it wants to. It is not user friendly and whoever, designed it did not take the end user into account, as the pressure gauge is tucked underneath and forget trying to see if the pilot light is on.
    We are saving to buy a proper boiler that allows the homeowner to programme and understand the boiler controls.

    Thank you, having installed the boiler for our customer it did not look to good when we could not operate the time clock. Ferrolli get your act together. will not be installing any more Ferrolliboilers until they sort a new time clock out, with instructions.

    I still can’t programme it. Just want to programme 6-10 evenings 7 days a week. Can anyone advise 🙁

    It is followable (honest). You need to make sure you’re in the right section and the right things are displaying on screen. It doesn’t always seem to start where you thought it should but the instructions do work!

    Thanks. Been using mine on manual now for over a year cos I couldn’t figure out the timer and the manual was next to useless. It seems it not just me though! Thanks again

    Hi ur a life saver, just move to a new property due to my wifes surgery,I was strugling to operate the boiler ended up wastimg money on gas topup ur help set things well

    AMAZING, i have spent the whole weekend freezing my butt off because I was told the Gas was disconnected, turns out even the engineer couldn’t work out the settings.
